Return policy is a lie!

Over time, I received the four items I ordered seperately, and I processed 3 different returns, #’s 92d564, 2e82ea, and 1304e8. I have sent multiple emails and gotten responses on how to process the return if and when they bothered to respond. One signs off as “Susie B” and says to reply if I need any further help, but that for now she’s “closing my account” as if she’s helped at all. I’ve tried replying to the email, and get the same of either response, the “I help we’ve been helpful” or “here’s how to process a return”. It’s annoying and a total scam! I just want to know how to send this crap back to you so I can get my money back! I completely regret buying from them and will spread the word to not! Stop lying, and give me my money back!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with ordering from any site. I have emailed you guys I have even tried to call and nothing is working. Stop taking people hard earned money it’s not cool and u will pay for what u have done maybe not today or tomorrow or next year but u will pay for it

I HAVE TRIED ALL THE SELF SERVE OPTIONS. I have done all you said to do, still nothing. Where is my order??? You got my money where is my order?????? My order number is 659858ME, my tracking number is 940011****272658****85. My order was never shipped. I checked the post office and they said it was supposed to be shipped between Jul 30- Aug-06. A label was created but they never received the merchandise to be shipped to me. Where is my order???? I ordered this product on Jul 25th. You got my money, where is my order? WHERE IS MY ORDER!!! I STILL HAVE NOT REECEIVED IT YET, WHAT'S UP WITH YOU PEOPLE????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? DON'T MAKE ME GIVE YOU A BAD REVIEW, IT'S COMING NEXT. SDLC Desperate

I ordered and paid 2 pairs of shaping shorts end of June 2018 but I only received 1 pair. Had a chat twice with their customer service and was told they will prioritize sending the other pair but until now I didn't get it yet and it's already 3 months. I emailed them and got a reply from a certain Susan giving me Tracking Number which is for the item I already received that is incomplete. Looks like she emailed me without actually addressing my concern. I was expecting a New Tracking Number for the 1 pair missing. I also tried calling the phone number on their website but it will only tell you to go to their website too. Imagine paying them in advance but you don't get what you paid for.

You don't actually address your customers' concern. Your response will always be either this "Our Email Customer Care Team will get in touch with you via email within 24-48 hours" or this "we'll make sure it's shipped within 7 working days".

I've been getting those replies already since July and it's now October. I'd appreciate if you could give my money back for that missing items.

Absolutely awful.

I tried to return product and was completely ignored for weeks, still no reply. This is a scam company. Don't buy and tell anyone you know not too as well. They are honestly stealing our money, and won't even reply ever. This is a *** product please don't waste your time!

The WORST Customer Service

I ordered shapewear at the beginning of July. I received it on July 23. The product was too big. I contacted customer service who PROMISED me that they would ship the correct size, at no charge to me. They asked me to validate my address, which I did. 3 weeks went by, no package, no word from the company. I sent another email. And another. And another. I sent them 12 emails and did not receive a single response. This company is a scam and I will be reporting them.

I was contacted by the service department, after submitting my review. They said they would be sending me a replacement.

That's it. The next day, I received an email saying that the issue has been resolved and they were closing my ticket! I responded back, saying that the issue was not resolved, and wouldn't be until I received the replacement product. I asked for them to provide the shipping information to me.

That was 2 days ago.

Still no response. This company is a joke and a scam.

Very not good

I bought a black xl sizewearwear at the beginning of July. I received it 4 weeks later. The shapewear is perfect. I bought another XL shapewear in nude color last August. August 28 I received shapewear but it is much too small, yet it is well indicated that it is of size xl. In addition, I noticed that it was not of the same quality as the first one. So the next day, I asked the exchange and refund department to tell me how to return the shapewear and get a refund. Since I have no news. It's 3 e-mails that I send and I never have an answer. I am not perfectly bilingual, maybe I misunderstood the instructions! I leave in a few days for 2 weeks of vacation and I'm afraid that when I come back, they answer me that I'm too late to return the garment too small. Received Lip Service Not Product

I placed an order with Mirror Essentials and received an offer to buy an additional pair and get one free. I accepted the offer but only received one item in my shipment. It took two attempts to receive a reply upon which customer service wanted packing slips, pictures of the item, etc. I did not originally report the discrepancy thinking that since there were two separate charges on my credit card I would get two shipments, this I discarded the packing slip. After finally agreeing to send me the missing items in late June, I never received anything nor heard from Mirror Essentials again. Stay away from this company. The product isn worth the hassle.

Do not buy from them. SCAM

Horrible! I placed 2 orders on March 27. Wrong items were sent twice. After demanding that I get a refund, they agreed to refunding the $49.95 for one of the orders and not for the other other. Still waiting on my refund. I am close to taking legal actions because I don’t have the items I ordered or the money. And, it’s to late for the dispute process with the bank, I tried, because it takes them weeks to respond.
