I placed an order with Mirror Essentials and received an offer to buy an additional pair and get one free. I accepted the offer but only received one item in my shipment. It took two attempts to receive a reply upon which customer service wanted packing slips, pictures of the item, etc. I did not originally report the discrepancy thinking that since there were two separate charges on my credit card I would get two shipments, this I discarded the packing slip. After finally agreeing to send me the missing items in late June, I never received anything nor heard from Mirror Essentials again. Stay away from this company. The product isn worth the hassle.

i placed this order on july 1st you have charged my card but i still haven't received my order the tracking is no good i have been back and fourth with support and i still can't get it resolved please just send the stuff i ordered i don't understand why i can't get this order shipped how can i try your products if i can't get them shipped to me i have ordered on line before and never had a problem if this is a scam please let me know and we can stop wasting each others time if it isn't please just ship me my order Shrug i see a lot of other complaints on this site somebody needs to get this figuered out

Horrible! I placed 2 orders on March 27. Wrong items were sent twice. After demanding that I get a refund, they agreed to refunding the $49.95 for one of the orders and not for the other other. Still waiting on my refund. I am close to taking legal actions because I don’t have the items I ordered or the money. And, it’s to late for the dispute process with the bank, I tried, because it takes them weeks to respond.

Problems with payment

STILL WAITING FOR ORDER

Not happy with company.... Placed order on 8/1, received order # but NO tracking info. When questioned showed no order found, but I have a #, tracking status NOT FOUND. Unable to contact anyone at the company or send email. When calling the company the only thing a person can do is track order when you are instructed to go on line and follow the tracking procedures. How is a customer able to track his/her order if NO TRACKING INFO given or an email address for customer service. Your assistance regarding this matter ASAP would be greatly appreciated. Mirror Essentials - Return Policy is bull, I've been trying to return my items for 6 weeks and company won't provide return instructions Aug 11 The website says that if I am unsatisfied I can get a full refund. I am unsatisfied.

The items didn't fit and I requested a refund the day the items were received.

today i trayed requesting a refund and Order # or reference # was not recognized and I've been getting the runaround. They've offered...very openly is stilling are many I'm filling a police report ladies don't bother any more 1800 # is no longer in service this Company is a fraud

Frustrated and done with ME.

I have been dealing with theses people since March 2018. Wrong size, color, not the ulta thin shaping panties that i have ordered, and forever to get them. Im not ordering a girdle with bones in them. I just want the 4 pair that i ordered. I have given them 5 months to get this right and its one excuse after another. Same old song and dance. Im done with them, all i want is my money back and they can keep there underware. I won't recomend there product to anyone ever again. Not this is in my Lawyers hands. FRUSTRATED AND DONE!!!

The website says that if I am unsatisfied I can get a full refund. I am unsatisfied . The items didn't fit and I requested a refund the day the items were received. To date I've sent five emails requesting a refund and I've been getting the runaround. They've offered an exchange or store credit, but all I want is a refund. I would never recommend doing business with this company. They don't have any intention of returning my money. The shape ware doesn't fit and I don't have any need for the items. I am very unhappy with the customer service, they respond to my emails saying they are willing to help me but they don't follow up and I still have the items that I can not use.

I have tried several times to get my refund and still no cooperation, I have tried every email and phone number I could find and am at my wits end, I will have to try to take legal action for my $41.14 to be refunded and that's a shame for a business to conduct themselves in this manner.

I purchased 2 sets of their shapewear with the third free on 7/19 but to date, have not received my order. They responded to my first 2 emails, the second, stating that they had closed the ticket. I sent four more emails requesting the tracking number to my order and the fact that pckg still hadn’t arrived. They won’t even respond to my emails now.
