Cannot get help

I have been trying for three (3) months to get a return label and still no help. It hurts that this company has to steal my hard earned money for their products that I ordered in good faith. I initially wanted and exchange but after a month of no response from them I changed my mind and wanted a refund of my money and ever since I have not gotten a response to my inquiries about the shipping instructions and label. I do see others who have been having this same trouble but I never know if they got resolved either and if so how did they succeed.Never will I recommend this company to my family or friends.

No Items, no Refound! Avoid buying wih Mirror Essentials!

Please be sensitive with this situation, since I decided to buy some items with you this processes has been ver hard, last sunday I recieved a mail from you indicating that I have received a refund, almost a week and my bank account hasn't reflect the refund, I asked for help in your facebook, but you block me!! Is that a signal that I won't get my money back?. Please, the only thing I want is my money, refund it and this will be finish, but I need your special support. .........................More than 10 emails asking for mi refund and nothing!!, always is a system issue, the same excuse for all the defrauded users. Now a legal complaint with the court of Atlanta and other in whasington are on the way... And let me guess, you will ask for an email to hello@mirrorssentials.com or support@mirroressential.com, the same trash!

Return policy is a lie!

Over time, I received the four items I ordered seperately, and I processed 3 different returns, #’s 92d564, 2e82ea, and 1304e8. I have sent multiple emails and gotten responses on how to process the return if and when they bothered to respond. One signs off as “Susie B” and says to reply if I need any further help, but that for now she’s “closing my account” as if she’s helped at all. I’ve tried replying to the email, and get the same of either response, the “I help we’ve been helpful” or “here’s how to process a return”. It’s annoying and a total scam! I just want to know how to send this crap back to you so I can get my money back! I completely regret buying from them and will spread the word to not! Stop lying, and give me my money back!

SDLC Desperate

I ordered and paid 2 pairs of shaping shorts end of June 2018 but I only received 1 pair. Had a chat twice with their customer service and was told they will prioritize sending the other pair but until now I didn't get it yet and it's already 3 months. I emailed them and got a reply from a certain Susan giving me Tracking Number which is for the item I already received that is incomplete. Looks like she emailed me without actually addressing my concern. I was expecting a New Tracking Number for the 1 pair missing. I also tried calling the phone number on their website but it will only tell you to go to their website too. Imagine paying them in advance but you don't get what you paid for.

You don't actually address your customers' concern. Your response will always be either this "Our Email Customer Care Team will get in touch with you via email within 24-48 hours" or this "we'll make sure it's shipped within 7 working days".

I've been getting those replies already since July and it's now October. I'd appreciate if you could give my money back for that missing items.

The WORST Customer Service

I ordered shapewear at the beginning of July. I received it on July 23. The product was too big. I contacted customer service who PROMISED me that they would ship the correct size, at no charge to me. They asked me to validate my address, which I did. 3 weeks went by, no package, no word from the company. I sent another email. And another. And another. I sent them 12 emails and did not receive a single response. This company is a scam and I will be reporting them.

I was contacted by the service department, after submitting my review. They said they would be sending me a replacement.

That's it. The next day, I received an email saying that the issue has been resolved and they were closing my ticket! I responded back, saying that the issue was not resolved, and wouldn't be until I received the replacement product. I asked for them to provide the shipping information to me.

That was 2 days ago.

Still no response. This company is a joke and a scam.

Very not good

I bought a black xl sizewearwear at the beginning of July. I received it 4 weeks later. The shapewear is perfect. I bought another XL shapewear in nude color last August. August 28 I received shapewear but it is much too small, yet it is well indicated that it is of size xl. In addition, I noticed that it was not of the same quality as the first one. So the next day, I asked the exchange and refund department to tell me how to return the shapewear and get a refund. Since I have no news. It's 3 e-mails that I send and I never have an answer.
