I wish to cancel part of this order. I do not want the high waist shaping panty that is $24. I accepted the offer by mistake. The only items I wish to receive all are the two ultra thin high waist shaping panties in the nude color size XL / XXL.

I purchased Ultra-Thin High Waist Shaping Panty - Nude / Small on May 6th 2018, and paid for the 2-7 day shipping. On May 8, i received an email stating it had been shipped & was given a tracking number. The tracking number worked up until day #7 when it became stuck on "Arrived shipping partner facility, USPS awaiting item, Houston, TX". I'm north of New Orleans. On May 15th, i emailed asking about the true whereabouts of my product. I got a response quickly but it basically said, here is your exact same tracking number, we'll attempt to figure it out. A few days later & nothing, so i called the customer service number & sat on hold for about 45 minutes before getting pissed & hanging up. About 5-7 days later, i finally receive my package, and ITS THE WRONG SIZE. (A M/L instead of a Small). I email customer service again, which then gets forwarded to the right department supposedly, i get one response saying theyd be glad to assist me, so i responded. Yeah, its now the end of June and absolutely nothing has been resolved.

NO REFUND GIVEN

I purchased the shape wear which did not work. I contacted the company and they approved the refund and said I should see it in 3-10 business days. They also said I did not have to return the item. That was on June 2, 2018. I have re-contacted them several times (you can only do this via email -- the phone number they provide is a non-working number) and I get the same response that "the refund will be issued -- perhaps I should check with my bank to see if the problem is on their end"!! lol They are not a legitimate business that cares about its reputation. Don't buy from this company -- if there is a problem, you have no way to connect with them other than email.

Extra charge and no email

I was quoted one price on the website and charged more than double in three different unapproved transactions. I called their customer service line and the number is not setup to receive phone calls. I'm currently waiting on a response via email. Pretty lame.

Mirror Essentials - Defective under garment
Been going back and forth since April 2018 for a refund; return postage or exchange. Nothing but lies. Delivered undergarent in pieces and torn. Mirror Essentials are in my opinion scammers. There is no customer svc to talk to anyone. Then Mirror Essentials just keep sending emails that product was exchanged. Then Mirror Essentials said product cannot be delivered. They use the original date of when defective product was sent when promised new product.

Very upset

I ordered the ultra thin waist 3 months ago and it didn't fit right but I decided to give a try but still wasn't fitting right. I send an email to customer support and they took a week to respond. After they responded they told me they were going to send me one for free and to fill out information. I did and I want to follow up on the new order and it's been 3 weeks that Amanda from customer support hasn't responded. I'm not happy with this service and product. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!

This sounds a lot like this company called "Tempthing" which is located in China. Very very very poor customer service.

Plus they give you phone numbers that says "calls cannot be accepted". I tried for 3 months to get in touch with someone about poor quality of the waist shaper which was torn before I even attempted to tried it on, I was never successful at getting ahold of anyone & then I never seen another ad from them online, which was popping up all the time before I ordered from them. These companies should NOT BE ALLOWED to get away with these types of practices. (Take your money & run type of dealings) SMH.

Another company to be weary of is "Trendy Hair". This is another company with Poor Customer Service or No Service at all. Also located in China.

I am just about done ordering online from companies outside of the USA. Think I'm gonna stick to Amazon & E-Bay.
