Because the coronavirus and the clinic can open for you do my Botox so I just need my refund back for next time

Yes, my order number is 402784ME. From the 17 April 2018. I kept receiving emails that my package is shipped, yet still I have not receive it. I am so upset with service, I may have to file a report.

Checking on my orders

I have emailed you about two orders of mine on May 26th right after the mistake happened and then again on May 29th and haven't gotten a response back yet on order #533312ME I had hit the wrong button and ordered a buy one get one and I actually only wanted to buy one xl-xxl so I just wanted someone to get back to me about how I get a refund for the difference for the second one that was ordered...you can clearly see it was a mistake because the second one is not the same size as the first one, I want you to know that I did get a conformation email that It was ordered, and so I tried to see the status of the order and its saying that there's no information on that order yet! I was trying to get an update on the second order #533362ME I got an email saying that it was shipped...it has a tracking number however, it hasn't moved at all since May 30th...they also put the persons name I'm sending it to on my billing information, they put Carmalita Madden on the billing information and it should say Denise Taylor, I'm not sure if that matters or not however I would appreciate if that could be corrected
